A Note from Emili

Hi, I’m Emili — owner of Whatever Works Catering here in the beautiful Treasure Valley. My love for food started in a home filled with laughter, strong personalities, and the mouthwatering aroma of my Italian mom’s cooking. She only knew how to cook for a crowd.
Growing up with four sisters and limited resources, I quickly learned that creating something meaningful didn’t depend on having the fanciest ingredients — it was about using what you had to bring people together around the table. Food was connection. It still is.
Over the years, I honed my skills in professional kitchens, guided by mentors who taught me the fine line between a cook and a caterer — and how to cross it with creativity, care, and hustle. What started as a job turned into a passion and a purpose.
At Whatever Works Catering, my goal is simple: to take classic, comforting meals and elevate them into gourmet dishes that look beautiful and taste even better — whether you’re planning a wedding in Boise, a memorial in Nampa, a corporate lunch in Meridian, or a holiday party in Eagle.
Every event is personal to me. I don’t just want to cater your event — I want to help make it memorable.
